"I was a long time AAA customer, for some reasons, I switched to State Farm back in April 2023, because State Farm offered me a good deal when I clubbed my Auto and Home insurance. Here I want to share my couple of accident stories that happened to me after switched to State Farm, in Which Katie and Jill were extremely helpful through out the claim and the service of coordination, communication, in depth knowledge in the insurance policy terms and conditions, follow up were COMMENDABLE. I have never seen anyone doing this kind of service down to the earth and customer obsessed. 1. During one of our trip, our rental vehicle was vandalized by someone in a Texas state when it was in a hotel parking, we filed a police complaint, and used State Farm as insurance, when the vehicle was assessed by the estimator, the estimator told that though it was not my fault, I had to pay the deductible and my insurance record will be marked, thus my insurance premium will be bumped. But, Katie got a hold my claim case and worked with estimator/claim team and made them understand that as per the policy I took, because the fault is not on me, she made me to pay nothing. 2. Lately, my car was crashed, the fault was on the other party who hit my car. The other party's insurance was slow in progress and also the liability number was also not good with other party's insurance. Thus, Katie advised me to use my State Farm insurance and do all the claim progress and State Farm will work with the other party's insurance provider and take care of all the liability. This advise made my life easier."
